In order to keep your products looking new and refreshed, please follow the guidelines below.
1. Never submerge your charcuterie boards, cutting or butcher boards in water.
This will damage the glue bond between the panels.
2. Your board is not dishwasher safe.
It should be cleaned with warm running water and soap then dried immediately. Ensure that your board is completely dry before its next use.
This is especially true when preparing or serving meat or chicken products.
3. To ensure your board keeps it lustre and look, treat it after every few washes with our All-Purpose wax.
This is a 100% food safe way of maintaining your board and most wooden products purchased from us.
In addition it will prevent moisture loss and cracking.
When treating your wooden products, apply All-Purpose Wax generously and wait 30 minutes.
Wipe any excess off with a lintless cloth and buff with another clean, lintless cloth afterwards.
Your product is ready for use.

When wood has natural defects like knots, cracks or insect burrowing, a resin can be used to fill them. The resin fills any gaps or holes, creating a smooth and even surface that is easy to clean. This treatment is commonly used for cutting boards, bowls, and other kitchen utensils. By using this technique, wood products can be both beautiful and practical for everyday use in the kitchen.
We purchase wood that has undergone a kiln drying process to ensure they are free from any insects or pests.
Please account for variations in colour and grain patterns in our wooden products.
